Introduction

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Find My Taxi Limited (“the Company”) and transport provider companies (“the Provider”). By entering into this agreement, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Registration and Eligibility

  • Providers must be a legally registered business in the UK.
  • Providers must ensure all drivers hold valid UK driving licenses and the necessary taxi or private hire licenses.
  • Providers must provide proof of insurance for all vehicles in their fleet covering public hire or private hire as applicable.

Responsibilities of the Provider

  • The Provider agrees to supply safe, reliable, and professional transportation services to passengers.
  • The Provider must ensure all vehicles are maintained in good condition and are clean and presentable.
  • The Provider is responsible for ensuring all drivers comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Use of the Platform

  • The Provider will use the Company’s platform to receive ride requests from passengers (Users).
  • The Provider must ensure that all drivers promptly accept or decline ride requests as appropriate.
  • The Provider agrees to follow designated routes unless otherwise agreed upon with the User.

Payment Terms

  • The Provider will receive payment for services rendered based on the fare structure established by the Company.
  • Payments will be processed through the Company’s secure payment system.
  • The Provider is responsible for any applicable taxes related to their earnings.

Confidentiality

  • The Provider agrees to keep all User information confidential and not disclose any personal details without consent.

Liability

  • The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the ride.
  • The Provider must maintain appropriate insurance coverage to protect against claims.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice.
  • The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Provider’s access to the platform for any breach of these Terms.

Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Amendments

  • The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Providers will be notified of significant changes.

Acceptance

  • By entering into this agreement with Find My Taxi Limited, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
